Here’s a Bob Dylan piece and sketch I did a few weeks ago. I may work on it some more, not sure. I really don’t love how it came out or the likeness so I’m not gonna put it in the portfolio section, but it’s good enough for a quick blog I suppose.

I had an illustration in this weeks Stranger for an article about the head of the Seattle Police Officer’s Guild, Rich O’Neill. Apparently he’s a real jerk, so they asked me to draw him giving the reader the finger. I initially took some liberty and had him using both hands which you can see above, but they decided in the end to only go with one hand. Lucky for me, I happened to do this illustration completely digital, except for the initial sketches. This made it easy to delete the second hand pretty easily as I put almost everything on separate layers for that reason. Check out the final here »

I recently sold my Bill Murray “Carl Spackler” painting and sketch. The guy who bought it had them both framed together and was nice enough to bring it by to show me the great frame job!

Some photos of the limited edition prints and me signing them. They looked great and I believe they will be selling the remaining posters on the brown paper tickets site, more info when I know more.
